Bo Bikes Zwift

We are excited to partner again with Zwift to bring you Bo Bikes Zwift!

While we won’t be able to ride together in person this year on April 24th, you can still join Bo for two virtual rides as you get ready for Bo Bikes Bama From Home—we’ll have one winter ride in January and a spring ride in early April. Bo will lead both hour-long virtual rides and answer some of your questions along the way.

Wednesday, January 20th 5pm CST
Saturday, April 10th 10am CST

Zwift is encouraging virtual riders to fundraise for the cause and will be offering some great prizes for our riders and fundraisers. And, Zwift is matching funds raised up to $10,000! Funds raised through Zwift’s peer-to-peer fundraising platform will benefit the Alabama Governor’s Emergency Relief Fund.

About the route: Bo will riding the “Tempus Fugit” route (Latin for “time flies”) in the Fuego Flats desert on Zwift’s island of Watopia. This approximately 11 mile course is an out and back on some of the flattest roads available in the Zwift game, making it ideal for a social ride like Bo Bikes Zwift. Both rides will last one hour and participants will ride the loop as many times as they want during this time.

New to Zwift? If you are not already riding on Zwift, you will need your bike, a compatible smart trainer, a compatible device to run the platform, and a Zwift subscription. Zwift offers a 7-day free trial that you can take advantage of to get started. Learn more about how to get started riding:
